Users suddenly can not access the library in Windchill 10.0

PDMlink users,
We are on PDMlink 10.0 for 6 months and now we experience the problem that some users suddenly don't have access to the library anymore. Others can access the library as usual and they are all in a group which gives them access to the library; nothing changed there as far as we know.

Anyone experienced this problem and/or has an idea what is causing this?

We have this happen on occasion. One of my colleagues figured out......



Solution if permisions get lost:

Got to
Organization/Utilities/Participant Administration

Add the user to the list

Right click the user and "Remove from
Cache".

Have the user refresh his windchill
window and then try accessing the area again. (usually a search for
something in it.)
