WIndchill 10.0 M020 - Save As in workspace issues

To all WC10.0 users and admins,

We are having a tough time using the "Save As" command in the workspace. Sometimes it does not even do it and just hangs forever. Also, the update parents option screen has not worked yet. Anyone have any advice or experience with this.
