Whats new in Windhill 13?

Use Case: Looking to understand the Business benefits to upgrade to Windchill 13 from Windchill 12.

What is wow factor in Windchill 13 when compared to 12.x ?

I am actually am reading these now and making notes. While these are not areas of my concern, there are large sections devoted to them. UI seems to have been changed and there is a general push toward supporting cloud administration for Windchill+.

I haven't seen any real WOW changes, just incremental improvements.

Been running 13.0.2 for just over a month now and the users have not really said anything about the system being different.

We upgraded from 12.0.2 to 13.0.2.1 and I updated to 13.0.2.2 last Friday.
