Windchill 11.0 [Product]&[Project] module, Why user can not see the 'Resources' menu? How to config?

Are the users in a profile that limits what they see?

Go the Teams page for this project and use the Configure Actions for Roles option to check if these items have been excluded.

The users also can not see [Porject] module,unless add theirs accounts to administrator group,then they will see the 'Resources' menu under [Product]&[Project] module. So I doubt if it is limits of authority ?

It can be a limit of the allocated license to a user.

I don't think so in WC 11... unless maybe they have a read and download?
