Windchill Index Search issue . Error re-creating wblib core as there were few unresolved issues

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS24

Error 401 Unauthorized error while re-Creating Solr wblib core. Even after Password reset as per PTC article: [CS337515]; still Windchill reports Unauthorized error while re-creating wblib core.

Here are the errors that I faced

Yes, I have restarted both Windchill & Solr server after re-generating new password for solr admin role & set it for both Index search server & client.

We followed that article: [CS305575] as well. But it didn't show any difference. Is there a way to view these env variables from shell?
