Windchill MPMlink Representations

Hello Everyone

I'm using the Windchill 9.1 M20 and productview professional.

I have a problem when I'm trying to open the representation of parts in the Manufacturing Product Stuctuur Explorer or the Process Plan Explorer.

When i try to open the representation it will show a blank productview program. But when I open the same WT part from the Windchill server it will open the representation normally. I think this is because the Windchill server opens the productview inside Internet Explorer as a add-in. But from the MPSE and PPE explorers it opens a productview program.

Does anyone know how i can fix it so it wont open as blank, but shows the representation.

Because like this i cant add the Representation to the Work Instructions.

Is your problem resolved?

I think, MPMLink productview needs server side publishing of WTPart representations.

Try serverside scheduling through Publisher and check in MPMLink productview.

I customized MPMLink for our company and too find this problem. I think you can open call in ptc.

I'm doing the same for my company so that we can imply MPMLink.

I would like to know on what settings you have MPMLink running and what you think works best.

And what you have customized on your MPMlink system.

Il take your advice and open a case for this problem.
