Hi Dan,
we had enabled PA fro Windchill for our Dev system, but we can't see the same data as per this discussion
Below you can see an image just taken from our dashboard
As you can see there are no data for license usage and PBO growth rate data are stuck, despite I can see data in sent folders for last 8 days.
It is related to this issue?

Hi Marco,
We are currently tracking an issue with the same symptom (missing data in the WC dashboard), and have opened an SPR.
https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS234102&lang=en_US
The issue could either be caused by a sending interval configuration setting, or it could be a problem on the receiving end at PTC. - You can check your sent items to make sure data has been sent. We will work with R&D and IT to investigate the receiving end via SPR 5583509 in the mean time.
Please let us know if you have further questions or information to share on this issue,
- Dan
Hi Dan,
thanks for your answer.
I think issue is at PTC side, as you can see below in Gunter's answer from two weeks ago (It's about PA for Creo).
"We have no official confirmation about the issue with sessions not being processed to be resolved. So it seems while the issue persists, R&D is trying to catch up by manually processing data for the Performance Advisor."
Today PA is practically unreachable and unusable
Hi Marco,
We are aware and looking into the issue. I will reply again when i receive notification that the issue is resolved.

Hi Marco,
Access should now be restored, please confirm.
- Dan
Hi Dan,
I can confirm that now I see my dashboard, but without new data since last Friday.
Another thing I would tell you is that every time you "restart" PA or add something new, I lost my added gadgets and my dashboard return to default view.
