Windchill System Attribute PTC_WM_LIFECYLE_STATE = "In Work". "In Work" appearing as Japanese

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release N/A and Datecode with CPS N/A

Environment: NX2007 with Workgroup Manager CPS24.
User is having Japanese OS, but he is launching NX and WGM as English language.

In NX Part file, Windchill System Attribute, PTC_WM_LIFECYLE_STATE = "In Work". "In Work" is appearing as Japanese Kanji symbol. He wants "in Work" to appear as English.
