This is just an FYI for you all,
This morning our Asia Pacific domain controller was down. By the way, I am on Windchill 10.0 M020. No one could log into the system. Turns out that Windchill could not find the domain controller so it just froze when trying to login. I was on tech support for 3 hours to help get it fixed. They simply removed that entry from some properties files and it no longer looked for that domain. Bad thing is now none of my India users can log into the system until the domain controller is back online. Just wanted to throw this out there in case anyone else ran into it like I did when I came into the office @ 8:00.
