Windchill double small window within Creo 8.

Our company is running Creo 8.0.6.0 with Windchill

Standalone Windchill via Chrome, no problems.

Windchill window on Chrome, laptop computer, laptop display, no problems.

Windchill window on Chrome, laptop computer, extended to second monitor display, display problem.
On the Creo browser (Chrome) There is a second Windchill window appearing atop the first Windchill window.  (See image) 

Also, if I am on the laptop screen and I drag the window over to the external monitor, then the problem shows up.
