Windchill slow/connectivity issue

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.1.0

We are start facing issue with windchill being slow or loos connectivity especially on morning time, expected what causing the issue is there's another backup process getting in the way over nights as we do full backup daily, it might be a script running overnight on windchill server MISWCPROD that's backing up the database /“transaction log” which causing the CV log backup to fail because seems have two things backing up logs - they lose the timing/history mark. If there's a scripted backup running on the DB overnight, we should turn that off - it's conflicting with the CV backup.
So, If WC has a scripted overnight backup, we need to turn that off.
This is what event error showing.
The [Transaction Log] Backup of database [wc] is converted to full because
1) there was either a LOG Backup done outside this product or
2) LOG Backup done for the same file in another subclient.
or 3) Failed to update CommServe db in previous log backup.



Here are the errors that I faced
loose connectivity while 2 backup timing run/conflict as the same time.

What's the question? Seems like if the database is busy doing things during the day, performance will be impacted. You need to ensure backups are successful and do not bleed into working hours.
