Windchill vault read only?

We ran out of disc space on friday and our vault moved to read only. Our IT department added more disc space, but now i need to know how to take the vault off of read only and make it writeable again. How do I go about doing that?

In the Windchill Help Center, there are a multitude of pages on the File Vault administrator and the steps are the same between 9.1, 10, and 10.1.

Go into the file vault administrator, and you will need to double click on the host then the vaul and then folders/root folder to make sure they're not set to read-only.

Some folders will be set to read-only due to the number of files that are located in the folder and the maximum number of files in a folder allowed.
