I had implemented a password policy (edited the default password policy) in WindchillDS. For expiry/lockout etc notifications i have configured SMTP for this that sends notifications to the configured email address for each user. I have one user who has 6 ids in his name (he's an admin) and the notifications do not include the user name so he doesn't know which one is being referred to in each case.
The other problem I have is that the notifications are coming through every 10 minutes and are showing old status (expired password messages when the user has already had a password change).
Can anyone help with either issue?
