Window Hangs on Object Creation

After clicking finish for part, document, change notice, etc. creation the window just hangs and nothing gets created. This happens on specific clients and as far as I can tell is an Internet Explorer 8 issue.

Running:

Windchill 9.1 M060

Windows 7

Internet Explorer 8

Java 7 Update 25

If an alternate browser such as firefox is used there is not problem.

I have other clients with what appears to be the same setup but works fine and it used to work fine on clients that are now having this issue. Any ideas as to what may have changed or causes this?

I have already cleared all caches and even reset Internet Explorer to no avail.

Are threre any third party add-ons or toolbars installed in IE on the systems seeing this issue? If so, try disabling these and see if that resolves the issue.

    No Add-ons, that is one of the first things I did along with clearing caches is removing all add-ons and toolbars.

    However, I have resolved the issue and I believe the solution was to Clear the SSL State (Tools, Internet Options, Content, Clear SSL State).
