Workgroup Manager licensing

Does a Windchill heavy license include the right to use every Workgroup Manager component that is available form the installation DVD's. For example, if we use the AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CoCreate, and UG workgroup manager components to manage these data types, do we have to pay a license fee for each one used or do we have the right to use them all?

Each of the Unified Workgroup Manager licenses is individually licensed per Registered CAD User for all non-PTC CAD tools, including ECAD.
