Workspace and Commonspace Save as

Looking to see if anyone else has issue with this. I have configured my
preferences to block related items and dependents from being collected.
So the only item that should appear is the item I selected for the save
as. When I launch the window, I get nothing but a gray screen like its
thinking. It should be only a few items then I can build up from there.
Running PDMLink 9.1 M020. I suspect its still processing dependents in
the background but I need to run a few more tests to be sure. It seems
to never come back and display a list.

In testing with Tech support, might be an issue getting preferences. We
eliminated my client being the problem and tried from another login. It
worked for the other login (PDMLink account) but not for me. I am an
admin and the other account was a test user. We tried in different
browsers. Same results across browsers. Not a performance issue. IE6
browser did indicate a script error with a null preference. That could
be it but not sure. Need to try in IE7. My system has IE8 and Firefox.

It could be a collector issue. We had PTC create an SPR on this sometime back. https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/spr.jsp?n=2017308

though the issue we had was originated with Send to PDM from ProjectLink. The origin was the collector.
