multi view part shows duplicate CAD drawings in related Objects

We have a multi view part with Owner association to the .drw.

In the first view, the related objects shows the same drw version 4 times

On the later view, only once.

next downstream view:

Any idea why it's doing this?

We just happen to have four revisions, is that a coincidence?

There are duplicate content links created.

With 2 links Windchill shows linked drawing 4 times for some reason.

Run WinRU.bat to automatically delete duplicate content links:

Yes, but why display it four times? Seems like an issue with the UI.

Because the objects are checkouted?

No, not checked out. I think this is an issue with the View. The next View that was created does not have this issue, only the initial view shows four of the same Version.

@DmitryC that worked, Thanks.

Our IT groups needs to test to make sure we don't change anything else. Do you know what we should look for?

Thanks

I'm not sure how you got those duplicate links created, you can try to investigate that.

For us - we've got automatic content link creation as a part of a workflow. Usually, it works fine, but once or twice a month we've got those duplicate links created. This doesn't seem to affect anything, so I resolve it as a part of the usual periodic maintenance.

As a general suggestion - run WinDU.bat (diagnostic utilities) once in a while, it will highlight any problems like duplicate links in the future without doing any changes to the system.

Kind regards,

Dmitry
