we are using creo parametric 2.0 but cand not purge any folder our system Windows 7 64 bit how to purge or subpurge folder.

thanx for reply this problem is solve now...and purge in local hard disk not windchill sorry for typing mistakes.
i am using winchill 10.1 version but i cant chekin any part some error like u r not authorized person to add this document. And how to add authorities to chekin for designer.and create a new member by product manager?
