update older version in workspace?

Hi

I have a cad doc which has A.3 version in common space , the same cad doc but diff version (i.e lower version) available in workspace A.2. It happened because I forgot to erase the doc from workspace after checkin. The reason the version changed in commonspace is that my colleague open the same doc and did change & check into windchill .

What will happen now in my workspace ? should I update the same doc in workspace or simply remove the doc from workspace ?

It doesn't matter as the "latest" document is in commonspace, that's what matters.

Perform an update to refresh your WS version to the latest.

Roger is right. You can use File > Update in the Workspace menu to update any out-of-date objects in your workspace.
