“wt.fv.FvFileDoesNotExist” error on Assignment Name hyperlink

Windchill gurus,


I am creating a promotion request (manually) and I can see the one in my Home à Assignment’s tab. But as soon as I click on “Assignment Name” , Windchill throws HTTP 500 error with the “wt.fv.FvFileDoesNotExist” error .


This is not happening on other system,


The file is present in the Vault and I have checked that.


We are on 9.1_M050 and this is a re-hosted system.


PTC is calming that few files are missing from the vault folder. Am confused how a jsp is stored in vault folder.


Has anybody faced this? Please share some thoughts on this!

I believe that there should be some issue with the Vaulting Rules.Pls check those.
