Allow Vertex Filtering in View Origin

Activate filtering other than "ALL" when picking view origin locations.

In order to create a common origin between more than one view, we should be able to select endpoints, midpoints, feature types, etc. when selecting view origins.

In addition, logical selections such as a (single) datum point feature or coordinate system should be selectable from the model tree.

Plus, one should be able to place the view origin at the lower left, lower right, upper left and upper right similarly to "view center".  Just make it a dropdown for one of the 5 selections.  Add a detail.dtl configuration to allow for a default view origin.

As discussed in the discussions area, some people would like to automate DXF generation.  Better control of the view origin, be it view boundary locations such as "lower left" or specific features such as a default CSYS would facilitate this automation process.
