Sketched text is not supported in drawing mode AFAIK. You can add a sketched curve with text in part and assembly mode and then show this on the drawing. If you want to filter the visibility of the sketch in the dwg (i.e. only show it in some views) then you can control the display by layer.
You could of course create a custom symbol with curved text and place that in drawing mode as required.
