Absolute accuracy set when creating from new file from Empty?

All,

Two fold question.

Is there a way to change the default of Relative accuracy (something that PTC has moved away from) when creating a new part in Creo Parametric from Empty?

(We do use templates, but if a User does an import to Empty and does not run ModelCHECK, we can be in danger)

If there a way to remove Empty option when creating a new part from Creo Parametric?

I already know PTC's answer, but didn't know if someone found a customization.

Can you run a default script on parts to make all your required settings?

I haven't seen anything that lets you globally set accuracy mode.

Thank you for the input. It is another PTC fumble.

1. PTC moved away from relative accuracy in Creo 3, but they do NOT leave us an option to have Absolute accuracy as a default, instead we need to create a template and make sure the uses select the correct one, run ModelCHECK or some other script to check for Absolute accuracy.
2. PTC also does NOT leave us with the option to remove Empty from the New File Options window

PTC says this would be considered an enhancement.
