At minute 14:30 you can see the editing of a tab file for an I-Beam. Here is also the point where you would add your own lines with custom sizes. Just stick to the existing format and add the sizes that you want.

sorry, but I don't understand the question here. If you refer to the param_relations.txt file of AFX you can find the information in the help center:
