CHANGE THE I BEAM SIZE IN AFX BY

How can I change the I Beam size Top & Bottom Like that Top size 500 & bottom size 650 in Creo AFX Libraury.

Can you help me.

At minute 14:30 you can see the editing of a tab file for an I-Beam. Here is also the point where you would add your own lines with custom sizes. Just stick to the existing format and add the sizes that you want.

but I have many time of study in help centre, but we are not understanding the relation and parameter in creo 7.0.3.0.

sorry, but I don't understand the question here. If you refer to the param_relations.txt file of AFX you can find the information in the help center:
