CSYS ASSY
I JUST DOWNLOADED A FILE FROM A VENDOR. THE PATR CAME IN AS A CSYS DEVELOPED PART, BUT MY ASS,Y IS NOT. HOW CAN I INSERT THIS PART INTO AN ASSY THAT IS NOT A CSYS ASSY.
CAN I TURN OFF THE CSYS?
THANX
PAUL

Paul,
If your assembly does not have a csys (?????) but does have at least three default datums you can add a csys to the assy. On the import you can add a layer to hide the csys if there isn't a layer already there. You can also create datums in the import using the csys as the reference (X,Y, and Z).
Thanks,
