Cam constraint?

Cam constraint?

Hi,

I am trying to create a motion skeleton that will move a part based on a cam type profile.

I need help defining the connection circled so it stays on the curve when the "cam" moves side to side.

I do not want to model solids, I just want it to be based off a sketch.

Thanks for any guidance or help.

The cam connection is not currently supported for a motion skeleton.

If you assume liftoff does not occur, it looks like you could make the circle tangent to the arc of the cam and then drag the skeleton. This should allow you to investigate the kinematics of the motion.
