Can't edit tolerance limits

 See pictures above. I am having trouble editing the tolerance on a drawing. Only the one that I want to change isn't working of course. I think it might have something to do with it being a draft dimension. Thanks in advance!

Check the dimension text box and see if the tolerance was manually added.

Try to switch from General to Symmetrical.

I switched General to None and that allowed me to change it. Thanks!
