Hello, I’m having an issue in Creo Drawing:
Has anyone encountered this? How can I enable the Tolerance tab to edit tolerances in drawing dimensions?
Thank you!
In drawings where you have this issue what is the drawing detail option tol_display set to? The default is no, change it to yes and see if that resolves the issue.
Thank you for the reply! Unfortunately, it didn’t work.
It is hard to determine root cause without access to a data set with the issue. Are you able to post an example of a model and drawing exhibiting the problem? There are many things that can contribute to this symptom.
I noticed a difference between two dimensions in the same drawing when I open the 'Dimension Text' option. One dimension displays basic symbols like ±, Ø, and radius, while the other shows GD&T symbols such as ST, flatness, and position. Could this be the reason why I can use the Tolerance tab for the first dimension, but it is greyed out and unavailable for the second dimension?
