Cannot change dimensions by double clicking the dimension

All of a sudden the ability to change a dimension by double clicking the dimension has stopped working on CREO 3.  I have read some of the online comments from others, but can not get the dimension update working.

-Is it about dimensions in part or drawings?

-Is there any change recent change in machine?

-Do you have config option graphics in config.pro list OR is the application launching in win32_gdi mode? In the past I have seen if config option graphics is set to wini32_gdi, dimension will not option edit pull down on double click.
