Consistency between 1-line Paremeter & Multi-Line Note

We have a model parameter NOM that is exposed to PDM/Link ("designated"). We also have a model note DRAWING_TITLE that is shown on the drawing.

The content of NOM and DRAWING_TITLE are the same, but the formatting is not. DRAWING_TITLE may be spread across 2 or 3 rows, depending on the length, where NOM is a single value.

AFAIK, there isn't a way for Pro/E to dynamically wrap text, which is probably why we don't show NOM on the drawing title block. Is there any way to get DRAWING_TITLE to match NOM, plus wrap the text for the drawing?

Andrew,

I did this a long long time ago and it's possible by using some
relations. The complicated bit is to find the spaces and then pass the
appropriate text to different parameters.

I have for you information attached a part with the appropriate
relations in.

Iain

All,

Following on from my previous mail I have noted that the relations are
not working quite right. Please find attached a part where the relations
are working as expected.

Iain
