Creating Coaxial Cable in Cabling Extension

I have found plenty of helpful guides for creating wires or cable bundles within Creo Cabling, but I can't seem to find any information on creating Coax-style cables, where all separate conductors/layers run along a single axis.  Has anyone created coaxial / RF cable spools that can help me?
