Creo 3.0 centerline issue in detailing

I am using Creo Parametric 3.0 M190

not able to show centerline in detailing for all different views at once, not able to select centerline from the show model annotations.
not able to import the text file in unattached notes in detailing.

To show all the axis for all view, you can pre-select all the views (windows select)  and then push the show annotations for the axis. If your drawing is a large assy, this can take a lot of time.

I don't really understand what your are asking about with respect to the note
