Creo 3 with legacy surface finish symbols

I have a legacy drawing going back before WF2 with some surface finishes in the model.  They do not appear in the "Annotations" area of the model tree.  Is there any way to add them to this area or to delete them?

Also, now that we have switch from Creo2 to Creo3 M30 it is not possible to pick which side of a leader the symbol is on.  It will show up correct when it is placed on the surface but it will be on the wrong side if moved to a dimension. Also, after I place the symbol in the drawing I can no longer change "On Entity", "With Leader" etc. Any help?  Thanks.

I have figured out that if you create a new surface finish on the same surface as the legacy symbols it will then add that symbol to the model tree.  It keeps the same name (sf21) as the legacy symbol.  It can also now be deleted out of the model.

When they added the Model section in the Surface Finish window, you can no longer change "On Entity", "With Leader" etc. They need to fix it!
