I would like to see my tool paths in red, as they were in WF5. Creo plays them in blue. I would think it'd be in the options settings, but all I can find there is mill volume colors.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks!
i bet this is what you want
OK, I've played with this a bit. It doesn't seem to be very intuitive. You can go in and change the default color, or change the color of a set of feed rates, but then when you enter it there is no check mark - just an option to quit. That seems inconsistent with just about every other aspect of the software. All I really want is for all paths to play in red and not just in one particular mfg file, can't seem to get that to happen.
Have you used this with success? Maybe I'm missing something very simple here?
Thanks
Matt,
I played with the feed colors a while back I don't think you can save them after you set them the way you want. I would be nice if you could but I didn't see a way to get them to stick.
Thank you. I hope that there is some way to do it. Blue is about the worst choice of color in my opinion. It makes a group of paths appear fuzzy/hard to focus on. I think it's because blue has a longer wavelength than red. I really don't see any benefit in varying color with feed rate.
Red was nice.
I would think if you make the defalut color red in your startup template the setting should be persitant.
I suspect that you are right in that it would. I've never used a template for the manufacturing environment, we all use the empty option within our company. It's not an option in the startpart. Might be something to look into if, or just get use to it.
Thank You.
