Creo View: Rotate view about X/Y/Z axis

Hi forum,

how can I rotate a view about one of the three axes X/Y/Z?

Note that I don't want to "transform" a part.

I just want to rotate the entire view, as you normally do using the middle mouse button.

Hi,

I did not find any usable setting in Creo View Express.

My workaround:

• select top assembly in model tree
• press F3 to invoke Transform command
• rotate assembly
• at the end press CTRL+SHIFT+R to invoke Restore All to Original command

Thank you Martin for this workaround!

I just realized that, however only in Creo View MCAD, you can create custom "Orientations" that sort of allow rotating the view about any of the X/Y/Z axis.
