Dimensions change in broken view w/ view update

We found an issue where created dimensions will change when a view update-all sheets is performed on a broken view. If the broken view is on a sheet that is different than the one that the user working from and user performs a view update-all sheets, the dimensions change and the user is not aware of this. This does not happen on model dimensions only created drawing dimensions. We are using WF3 M140 but have tested this issue on M210. The issue happens in both builds. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any solutions? This is a real problem if a user is not aware that dimensions are changing during a view update.

Found out from PTC that this is a bug and that PTC has a horrible solution to fix this. Here is what we need to do. 1. install WF 3 build M180 or higher. 2. For all existing drawings we will need to add the drawing option "UPDATE_DRAWING ALL". This means that whenever a user opens an existing drawing, they will need to remember to add this option the drawing options file. If they forget, and the drawing has a broken view on a different sheet, and they execute a View-Update-All sheets, any created drawing dimensions on a broken view will change to an incorrect value. 3. For new drawings the issue will not occur. I also found that once you add the drawing option, it disappears from display and will not appear when you reopen the drawing. This means that a user will never know if someone already has applied the fix.
