Drawing Assembly Views

CREO 8.0/5.0

Inserted exploded view on sheet-1

1 of the parts is like transparent. Outlined, Like the tangent lines you can see all the way thru the part.

The part in the assembly model is solid. Not toggled to transparent.

The part is an imported part from McMaasterCarr. But we use hundreds of their models with no issues.

Some imported parts come in as surface models/quilts and not solid bodies. I have seen this with some models from McMaster-Carr in the past.

Try to solidify the model if it is surfaces.

Change your part accuracy to Absolute and .0004.

There may be interference fit between parts. That can give the assembly of parts issues.

Can you attached a screen shot of the assembly so we can get a better understanding?

No I can not do a screen shot. I work on OFFICIAL USE ONLY projects.

in the assembly, change to wireframe (instead of shaded), if the model it purple (or some other unexpected color), it's a surface model.
