Drawing Zone in Repeat Region?

I am using drawing zones... I want to report the Drawing Zone location of an item in a repeat region. Is this possible?

Is it possible to setup a note set and and parametric BOM to keep the
relationship of the note number to the item number ? So if you had a
column in your bom for "notes" that the corresponding note number in the
note set would update as additional notes where added and deleted.
