Hi everyone,
does it happens to anyone that a note you rotated by, for exemple, 90 degree eventually rotates back to it's default horizontal orientation? (see screenshot below). The note will stay at the specified angle for some times but eventually, we don't know why or when, they will all go back to the original orientation.
Is there a way to solve this issue?
Thank you.

Hi, we found the exact steps to recreate the problem.
1. Right Click on a view, Show Model Annotation and select an annotation to show (note type, we use it to show the AFX beam BUW_SIZE value).
2. Change the Note Type to something else, we use "On Item" and place it where we want.
3. Rotate the note (90 degree for exemple)
**** here is where the bug happens ****
4. Press the Switch Dimensions button in the Tool Tab to view the "link" of an existing annotation (for exemple, ad175:1)
5. Create a new note leader type (we usually put the &ad175:1 in)
6. After writing the content of the Note, click on blank space to exit the writing function of the note, the note is still selected and the &ad175:1 suddenly change to its actual value (exemple 8")
7. Press again the Switch Dimensions button to go back to seeing the actual values of the annotations. Here the previously rotated notes will go back to there default horizontal orientation.
Now we know that if at step 6 we double click again on a blank space to deselect the note, we can press the Switch Dimensions button and the rotated notes will keep there rotated state.
Not a big problem but it is pretty annoying to us when we are detailing building structures made out of AFX beams.
Just wanted to let people know about the bug.
This seems to be specific to your environment. Are there any known steps or did you noticed this by just opening on drawing?
AFAIK No bug reported as of now..
