Export of Combined States

All,

I am trying to export the combined states that are defined in my WF 4.0 model. In the recipe file I have all of 3 of the annotations checked as well as the Output Author States. However, in PV I'm not seeing where to access these states. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.

In addition to checking the box for Output Author States, I had to switch
the PV Version from 9.0 to 9.1. The combined states came out after that.
