Faceted Cylinders

WF4, M220

I have a part that shows facets instead of a smooth cylinder.

It does so regardless of the shade quality setting.

It also does so on all computers, so it's not a graphics issue on one PC.  Other parts in the same assy show proper cylinders.

Anyone know why this is and how to fix it?
