Fatal Error

I am using Creo Parametric 3.0 M190

We are getting a series of fatal errors on Mary Fry's machine. This has been a debilitating condition on her computer and need some technical help. We are losing design work and starting over and haven't found a rhyme or reason.

Here are the errors that I faced

I have attached the traceback log.

It's unlikely the community will be able to help much with a traceback.log.

You should open a support ticket at https://www.ptc.com/en/support

Occasionally one of the PTC people here in the community will try to help but you really can't depend on that to happen.

Do you know how to contact them? It didn't give me an option other than the community.

Assuming you are on support you can click the link in @StephenW post and then scroll down until you see the "OPEN A SUPPORT CASE"

Honestly the traceback logs are not usually helpful to the PTC technical support folks either. The idea behind them is that if you get enough of them it can help direct the programing folks to look at an area where there are bits of code writing to the wrong places. A single report is usually not enough to tell them anything.

What they most frequently suggest is that you disable your graphics card. The graphics card is always a likely culprit. To do so set the config.pro option:

graphics win32gdi

restart Creo and if that works then you will need a different graphics driver or a different card altogether.
