Flat States on Drawings

Maybe I've not been paying attention before, but I have a (WF5) drawing with
Flat States of SM parts (multiple parts on one sheet). What is the best way
to ensure that the flat instances get updated when the formed part is
modified? I'm having to either open each Family Table to Verify the flat
instance or change active models to each flat state in the drawing and
regenerate one at a time.

I've always just saved my parts after I've modified them. It forces a verification and should ensure everything is updated on related drawings.
