Flexable Bellows

I am trying to create an assembly with consists f two cylindrical ends with a set of bellows in the middle. What I am struggling with is creating a bellows part which can expand and compress as required in the assembly. Has anyone done anything like this, if so would they be wiling to share / advise of how to do this?

I will say it’s not easy to parameterize “bellows” type geometry. However, it can be accomplished. I once completed a project for an bed manufacturer whose mattress was based on air chambers. The model could be switched to various sizes (Full, Queen, King… etc.) and allowed for the chambers to be either flat or fully inflated.

Strong surfacing skills is critical and I do mean critical. Tips are difficult for this but I would suggest starting to see if you can get some curves to behave as you need them. If you can curves working your foundation will be set for the surfacing.
