Flexible Modelling, Move a whole part and change the CS positioning

Hi All,

I am new to Creo, came into from different CAD.

I am trying to relocate my part against my CS, basically I want to constraint a point to the centre of the CS.

Can anyone help me step by step what to do?

another question, how to get some Angle Values to use the Rotation Wheel more accurate ?

You can try selecting one of the surface of pipe and use bosses for all surface section later use Move.
