Flexible offset is changing chamfer dimensions with 0.00 Dimension entry.

Flexible offset is changing the chamfer dimension from 0.50 to 0.30 with 0.00 offset. this should not happen.

I am using Creo 7.

I would suggest you open up a ticket with PTC and have them review your part.

please refer attached model. On further study I understand that rearranging the chamfer may help to avoid this issue. but still, this should not happen.

It looks like a quick fix is to reorder the offset feature as shown in the video below. There may be a limitation with the algorithm causing the issue you have noted, I would suggest creating a support call with PTC and ask them to clarify the behavior. When you get an answer, please add it to this thread.
