Hole Table creation in Creo 2 Parametric

I’m new to creo 2 parametric. I have a rectangular plate with small holes created in Sketch and extruded through 1/8” thick plastic. Some holes are located along straight line and overlapping ea. other by ¼ of diameter. I have erased overlapping lines> clicked Hole Table (in drawing)> In Include section selected: Holes, standard holes, cuts.>click Create Table.

First prompt –Select coord sys for listing>selected the ORIGIN (only one selectable to prevent second request). Origins were displayed at lower left corner.

Next prompt-Select top left corner of table- Only one overlapping hole was listed in table, and marked as A1 on drawing. The rest overlapping and non-overlapping holes were not listed. I did create test -plate with two holes. Used the same procedure. Both holes were marked as A1, A2 and included in hole table. What is wrong? Thanks for help in advance.
