How can I move a Drawing Note from a View to a Format (general Annotations tab in Drawing tree)?

Hi,

How can I move a Drawing Note from the Annotations list under a View to the General Annotation tab (the one AFTER the names of the views) in the Drawing Tree?

Select the note, and do Unrelate (in the Group portion of the Annotate tab).
