Hey,
I'm trying to create a ramp around a circle as seen on my part below. However i used a chamfer, the issue is the ramp isnt square all the way around. (As seen in the circled section).
I need to create the ramp all the way around, the idea is that i have another part the connects into the hole and gets twisted and locks in at the end of the ramp into the slot.
i'm not the best at creo, but trying to learn the tricks.

Hi, I think your whole approach to this is wrong. I would use a helical sweep or a simple sweep controlled with the 'trapar' function. See the attached model (Creo 3), hopefully it will help you.

You could also sketch and project or wrap a curve onto the cylindrical surface to use as a trajectory. This would give you the ability to make the start and stop ends tangent to the top surface and to a plane parallel to it. Trajpar would certainly work, just not give you this flexibility at the ends since it's simply linear.
